      <image:caption>September 30th, 10:00-16:00, £65 Join Mona Lisa Godfrey, a London-based international yoga instructor and Stephanie Allison Johnson, co-founder of the renowned healthy food start-up Pollen + Grace, for a one-day retreat where we will be using the tools of yoga to help access intuition and implement it in an aware and empowered manner in the physical world and day-to-day life around us. The yoga tradition is very interested in the idea of an inner possibility harbored within every human soul. Yogis call this dharma, a complex Sanskrit word that holds many meanings, - like “path,” “truth,” or “vocation.” During this day retreat, we will light-heartedly explore the idea of dharma by silencing the mind to connect to the divine Self through physical discipline, meditation, and self-study. In addition to this, there will be a vegan wheat-free, gluten-free, sugar-free lunch catered by the unprecedented Pollen + Grace, followed by a talk from co-founder Stephanie about her courageous journey into her heart’s calling and personal experience and understanding of dharma. This special event will be held at the beautiful 42 Acres Shoreditch – an innovative space designed specifically for conscious events.
